Fished up from the sea
Like fragments, my shell cast in bronze lies in a display case, as if they were archaeological finds. The bronze seems to be able to last for hundreds more years. The hands and feet and the underside of my bronze face make it clear that this was a snapshot. A snapshot of my own body that has long since changed.
